Is phoenix yellow the name off the OEM colour?

pheonix yellow is y-56 same as jordan yellow which is actually called sunlight yellow

It is nice,I'd be spraying it yellow if i was to get it,thats why I asked

there too rare in yellow to get an oem one,wonder are they hard sprayed rite?
